The wine is a lively ruby red colour with garnet hues.
It has a characteristic bouquet with spicy scents. It is a full, warm, velvety wine with lingering persistence.
The alcohol content is 13% by volume.
Its total acidity is between 4,5 and 5,5 per thousand.
It is presented in Bordeaux bottles made of dark glass which improve conservation. It should be oxygenated in large balloon glasses.
Tasted at a temperature between 16 and 18° C.
Its grand structure and velvety taste make it the perfect companion for red meats prepared in a variety of ways.
